It is absolutely beautiful!!!!

Our plans this morning were to get up EARLY{you know...before 7} and go to the river , and wade out into the water to get some foggy pics but we got a little late start and the water is still up too high and we missed most of the fog {and...and....and...}but did get a few good shots. Maybe we will try it again at a later date.

I hope today is the begnning of a wonderful week for yall....I'm back to work after tomorrow{whah*whah*- thankful for my job that I really do like, but it's so nice to have a 3 month vacation}

I got a few(and I do mean few) shots of Kayden today. He was in such a busy* smiley *happy *mood today. He is getting so big so fast. He speaks fluent jibberish now( if only I could understand the jibberish language) He does say Paba(PaPa) and Manna(Brianna) but not Grammy yet. I'm working on that. He is such a joy to have around and is becoming a Grammy's boy for now(what a change from being a Papas boy)

Friends.....

Yesterday we got the chance to get some pictures with Brees friends Amy and Marcus at the park. After just a few minutes though.....it started raining which cut our time a little short. Here's some we got before the rain.....

Too hot outside....

Yesterday I was supposed to take Bree out for some pictures BUT....it was just too HOT...so we improvised and took some in the back room, which we havn't done in a good little while{but it was about 20 degrees cooler}. Here's a few ........

Ooooops! forgot about that little blue thingy on her arm...... This is her new yard sale find....pink feather boa for 50 cents{worth every penny} That's all for now. Yall stay in a cool place.....it's hot out there.

P.S. Bree has a best buddy named Diane who just became a new Grandma on Monday!!! Congrats to Grandma , Pappy, Aunt Rhonda, and especially to new mommy{Shonda} and new daddy{Monty} He's a Q-T pie for sure!

I am a woman...I can change my mind...

I have managed to do nothing else this {very short} summer, but :

**change the name of this blogspot......twice.....{Sorry 'bout that, but I just couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted...a woman can change her mind ***right? **take lots of pictures... **read several Beverly Lewis books...... **got new {very much needed} carpet for the living room and hall..... **new appliances for the kitchen...... **Played with Kayden..... **spent quality time with Bree...... **went to a great family reunion...... **vacationed at my favorite place{Colorado}...... **had a wonderful VBS..... **learned to use my so very outdated version of photoshop a little better {and I do stress little} **spent lots of nights at the ballfield watching softball games.....

**and enjoyed every morning drinking coffee and visiting with my

husband......

{not necessarily listed in order of importance to me}

Lot's of things that I wanted to do that didn't get done but if the Lord tarries there may be time another day for those.

All in all I would say it has been a very good summer, but for me it's about to come to an end....I only have 9 days left to enjoy, then it's back to work.
